Certificate of Accreditation and Quality Profile Certificate

Services receive a Quality Profile Certificate from NCAC as part of their Accreditation Decision detailing strengths and opportunities for improvement. Families can request to see the Quality Profile Certificate. This shows each Quality Area of the relevant Child Care Quality Assurance system and the service's level of performance against these.
