| Hello my name is Debbie. I have been married for 22 and a half years and have three beautiful children. My family and I have been living in Geraldton for seven years, however we were originally form Queensland. I have been a care aid for the elderly, people with disabilities and pallative care on and off for the last 26 years. My husband and I owned a hotel in the desert for five years and where possible I would do mine rescue and volunteer ambulance service. I needed a change so decided to become a family day care educator. I believe children learn through activities that are age appropriate, fun and provide for the development of each child's potential. I will ensure all children are treated equally and with dignity and respect. I also believe that young children need to be cared for by adults who are loving, stable, patient and sensible and respond to the needs of the child.

Hi, My name is Gail. I am a mother of four children, two daughters and two sons. I also have seven grandchildren. Due to my love and support of children I have established the Deep Dale Family Day Care in Geraldton with affiliation to Elite Childcare. I offer a 24 hour service for both non-school age children, and before and after care for school aged children. I believe young children need to be cared for by adults who are loving, stable, patient, sensible and respond to their needs.

| Hi! I’m Julie. I have been married for quite a number of years and have one young daughter. My family day care service has been operating for the past six months and I am really enjoying it. I live on a small property and the children enjoy the interaction with the animals and nature. We also do lots of art and craft, cooking and movement to music.

Hi, I'm Trish. Welcome to my busy world. I’m a mother of seven (four of my own and three step children), and am now a proud grandmother of one beautiful granddaughter. I love my job and take great pride in running my business. I have operated for the past seven years on a 24 hours a day, seven days a week and I would not trade it for the world. I’m very proud to say I have my Diploma of Children's Services. My philosophy is taking care of children is a priviledge not just a job.
