| Hi! I'm Caroline. I have worked in child care for a number of years. I really enjoyed working with children however I felt like a change from working in a child care centre when my daughter was born. The service I provide is full of fun, loving, caring and helping children to grow to their full potential. I have a great passion for children and I am a happy and fun loving person who enjoys being outdoors and active.

| Hi! I'm Lorraine. Between my husand Steven and myself we have six children. Five grown up and `off doing their own thing' and one still in high school. We also have nine grandchildren. I have provided my family day care service since 1999, providing full day, overnight and weekend care for numerous local families. Priding myself on providing more than a childcare service, often doing the little bit extra. Believing this brings the family into family day care. Over the years families using my service become firm friends, extending to socialising and taking holidays together. I regularly 'threatened' my daycare children that I'll be at their weddings, wearing wellies and a pink tutu. To me family day care is more than babysitting and much more than just a childcare service. We provide a holistic service for families, caring about their lives – not just when they are with us but at night and weekends too, caring about them forever. Multi-age grouping catered for in family day care, ensures children grow up well balanced, able to communicate on all levels. Family day care is not simply a job, it's a way of life. It's a way of life I love. It pleases me that Elite Childcare encourages a more natural childcare approach. I intend to embrace this opportunity and concept wholeheartedly.
